Where Is My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
To track your order:
- 1 Open your shipping confirmation email from Avelune Collection.
- 2 Click the tracking link provided.
- 3 View the latest available updates from your shipping carrier.
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view your shipment's progress.

We carefully prepare each order before sending it on its way.

Within 2 business days for in-stock items.
International delivery
Approximately 7–30 business days, depending on your destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local postal service.
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary during holidays, customs inspections, or unexpected transportation delays.
Pre-Orders
Some of our most-loved designs may be available for pre-order when our ready-to-ship pieces sell out.
Pre-order preparation and estimated dispatch times will be displayed on the product page before purchase.
If your order includes a pre-order item, please refer to its stated timeframe. Your tracking information will be sent once your package has been dispatched.
Tracking Not Updating?
Don't worry if your tracking information doesn't update immediately.
Shipping carriers sometimes need additional time to scan packages, particularly during international transit or customs processing.
We recommend allowing 48–72 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the first tracking update to appear.
